Return and Refund Policy

All products come with a 30-Day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return your product to the address provided by customer support. Avelia LLC reserves the right to decline these requests at any time with written and documented explanation. Terms and conditions apply.

If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), we are no longer able to issue customers a refund for products or shipping costs.

Avelia LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed.

In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged/missing item, we will happily replace it within 3 business days from the delivery date. If you wish to cancel your unshipped order for a full refund or have any questions, please contact our customer care team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-8 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect refunds.

Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase. Avelia LLC is not responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to attach photos to your email if your product is incorrect, damaged or defective.
